Advisory Council

The Advisory Council of the German Studies Department at Emory, formally established in November 2007, has a threefold mission:

1. It functions as an advocate and ambassador of the Department of German Studies within Emory University and the German speaking community in the Atlanta area.

2. It assists in generating new ideas such as creating internships or bringing speakers to campus.

3. It assists in raising funds in support of students and the mission of the Department.
